How is an AI agent different from RPA?
RPA follows a fixed, click-by-click script and fails when a screen or document changes. An AI agent understands content, so it can read an unfamiliar invoice layout or a plain-language email and decide the next step. The strongest setups combine both: agents for judgment, conventional automation for the steps that never change.
Will the AI make mistakes with our data?
It can, so we design for it. Model output is validated against a schema, low-confidence results go to a human review queue, and nothing is written to your systems without passing those checks.
Which AI models do you use?
We build primarily on Anthropic's Claude models through a provider-agnostic SDK, so the model can be swapped as prices and capabilities change without rewriting your application.
Can you work with the RPA bots we already have?
